About Galleon
A consultancy built around how cannabis facilities actually operate.
Cannabis businesses are interconnected systems. When any part becomes misaligned, organizations experience operational inefficiencies, compliance risk, and margin pressure. Galleon was founded to identify and correct these points of friction across the cannabis value chain -- with practical execution and operational clarity over theoretical consulting.
Approach
We work alongside leadership, not from the outside.
Diagnose, then prescribe.
Engagements start with a structured operational and compliance diagnostic. We surface the constraints driving inefficiency or regulatory exposure, prioritize them by impact, and propose remediation that fits your capital, timeline, and risk profile.
Install systems that outlast us.
We don't generate decks for someone else to implement. We design and deploy the operating cadence, written policies, training programs, and physical infrastructure that lets your team run the business after we step back.
Pair regulatory and physical discipline.
Regulatory compliance and facility construction are usually treated as separate disciplines by separate firms. The result is variance applications written for facilities the contractor never read about, and buildouts that fail inspection because the SOPs assumed different infrastructure. Galleon handles both, end-to-end.
Operate at multi-state scale.
Christine led compliance at Fluent Cannabis through 21x revenue growth across Florida, Texas, New York, and Pennsylvania, working as part of the broader leadership team. Ronald has built healthcare facilities across the Southeast US, with substantial Florida work. We understand what changes when you cross state lines.
Why Galleon exists
The two halves of cannabis don't usually speak to each other.
Most cannabis consultancies are either lawyers or builders. Lawyers know the regulations but rarely understand what an HVAC or extraction-room reconfiguration actually costs. Builders know the construction but rarely understand which decisions trigger variance reviews or jeopardize a license. Operators end up brokering between two firms that don't speak each other's language -- and absorbing the cost when the translation fails.
Galleon was built to close that gap. Christine Senne brings 19 years of regulatory and commercial law, including leading compliance at Fluent Cannabis through 21x revenue growth as part of the broader leadership team and obtaining ~500 variance approvals at the Florida Department of Health. Ronald Long brings 30+ years of healthcare-grade facility construction -- hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, retina centers -- with the certifications (AAAHC, ASHE, MED GAS 6005, ICRA) that translate directly to cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensing facilities now expected to operate at GMP standards.
Cannabis is moving toward a healthcare-construction standard. New York mandates GMP processing. CSQ 2.0 launched in January 2026. Florida, California, and Massachusetts are likely to follow. Galleon is built for the operators who will need to meet that bar.
